CW32A030C8T7 Passes AEC-Q100 Automotive Grade Reliability Tests
As the first automotive-grade MCU, the CW32A030C8T7 has successfully passed the AEC-Q100 (Grade 2) automotive reliability test, which meets the high reliability and stability requirements for automotive electronics, and can be used in most of the in-vehicle application environments with an ambient temperature range of -40°C~105°C. The CW32A030C8T7 is the first automotive grade MCU to pass the AEC-Q100 (Grade 2) automotive reliability test.
High Performance Architecture Design
The CW32A030C8T7 is based on ARM® Cortex®-M0+ core with Prefetch+Cache architecture. 64MHz is guaranteed for mass production test, and the chip is configured with 64K bytes of FLASH, 8K bytes of RAM, and 128 bytes of OTP memory. The chip adopts 1.65~5.5V wide voltage supply, and the operating temperature range is -40~+105℃.
